For this particular league, all play will be held at the current location on Cynthia Street. Once the new location is running smoothly, a different league with the same format will start up. Stay tuned!
Weekly Format/Teams:
On a weekly basis, you and your golf partner (2 person team) will pair up and play 18 holes of golf in a texas scramble format; your final score will then be submitted online. This will continue until the end of March (league format/flighting and details coming soon).
All courses are predetermined. Due to this league focusing on team stroke averages (and having flights), we can only allow teams with a maximum of two players upon registration (no ringers or substitutes). This will keep things fair and avoid any discrepancies in weekly/overall placement and prizing.
Date(s):
The league will start Monday, December 5, 2021, and can be booked any day or time (hourly rates apply) over the span of 17 weeks.
**Over the holiday season, we will give golfers two weeks (Dec 19-Jan 1) to get their third preliminary round in.**
The final day of play will take place on Thursday, March 31, 2022.
Frequency & Tee-Times:
Registration is now open;
golfers will be able to book any nights ranging from Sunday - Thursday, at any time (no earlier than December 6). You must have your weekly match finished and submitted by a required time in order to qualify for the event. Every week, a new event will take place. If your team needs to book a longer session and play two events in one night, that is also allowed.
There will be a total of 16 rounds of golf throughout the course of the league (12 rounds & 4 majors).

Standard YXE hourly rates will apply for each booking.
★★★ Cancellation Policy ★★★
If your team does have to miss a week and cannot reschedule, you would forfeit the week and continue on the following week. If one of your teammates cannot make a particular week, we will allow the other teammate to play two balls (scramble); this can only be done once per player, per season. If a team chooses to play tow events in one night, that is also allowed.
